This page summarises how Four Leaf Wisdom uses electronic channels to stay in touch. It supplements the Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms.

Channels we may use

  • SMS and RCS: transactional and promotional messages where opted in.
  • WhatsApp: conversational and notification-style updates where opted in and permitted by platform rules.
  • Email: service messages and marketing only with separate consent.

Purpose by channel

  • Transactional/service: confirmations, delivery notices, security alerts, responses to your requests.
  • Promotional: research highlights, programme announcements, and carefully scoped offers.

How you opt in

We record consent only through the Stay Connected form: separate unchecked boxes per channel, with links to legal disclosures. We log timestamp, policy version ID, locale, and source URL for audit purposes. A generic Contact enquiry does not count as messaging opt-in; that matches common RCS / carrier expectations (see also MSG91: opt-in rules for RCS).

Messaging infrastructure

SMS and RCS messages may be delivered via MSG91 (Walkover Technologies) as our messaging aggregator, acting solely on our behalf and in line with this disclosure and our Privacy Policy.

Frequency (typical)

  • SMS/RCS/WhatsApp: up to 4 messages per month per channel unless you are mid-transaction — report status notifications, service updates, and up to 2 promotional messages.
  • Email marketing: up to two messages per month unless you choose more granular preferences later.

Opt-out and HELP

  • SMS/RCS: STOP to cancel; HELP for a short help message. We honour STOP within one business day of receipt in normal operations.
  • WhatsApp: use block, in-thread STOP where supported, or email contact@fourleafwisdom.com.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in each marketing email.

Double opt-in

Where a carrier, region, or channel requires double confirmation, you will receive a one-time message asking you to confirm (for example, reply YES). Marketing subscription on that channel is not complete until that step succeeds, where applicable.
