This Policy explains how we process personal data when you visit our website, request reports, or subscribe to updates. It is written for an international audience; additional rights may apply depending on your location.

1. Data we collect

  • Identity & contact: name, email, phone number (when provided), country, language preferences.
  • Intake & report content: goals, context, life-domain information you choose to share, date of birth where requested for report scoping.
  • Transaction data: billing address fragments, payment references (processing via payment processors).
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, timestamps, cookies or similar identifiers where permitted (see Cookies).
  • Consent records: channel selections, timestamps, policy version IDs, locale, and source URL for messaging opt-in.
  • Service delivery (contract / pre-contract): producing and delivering reports, responding to enquiries.
  • Messaging (consent): SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, or email where you separately opt in on Stay Connected.
  • Compliance & security (legal obligation / legitimate interests): fraud prevention, record-keeping, enforcing terms.
  • Analytics & improvement (consent or legitimate interests, as applicable): understanding how the site is used.

3. Phone numbers & messaging

This section applies whenever you provide a mobile number and opt in to messages from Four Leaf Wisdom.

3.1 How we collect phone numbers

We collect numbers when you enter them on the Stay Connected page (and any future equivalent flows) together with explicit channel-specific consent. We do not purchase phone lists for messaging.

3.2 Purpose of use

Numbers are used to send RCS, SMS, and WhatsApp messages you have agreed to receive — including personalised report notifications, service updates, and occasional promotional insights — and to honour opt-out requests.

3.3 Storage and security

Numbers are stored in access-controlled systems with encryption in transit. Access is limited to personnel and subprocessors who need it to operate messaging and audit trails.

3.4 Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use messaging infrastructure providers (subprocessors) solely to deliver messages on our instructions. Current categories include: SMS/RCS aggregation: MSG91 (Walkover Technologies) or successor notified on this page. Hosting and email: our web and mail providers (names available on request). Payment processing: your bank or wallet provider and our payment service provider when checkout is enabled — the specific processor will be named here once contracts are signed.

3.5 Retention

We retain numbers and consent logs for as long as your subscription is active and for up to three years after your last active interaction with our messaging programmes or related services, unless a longer period is required by law or to demonstrate consent to carriers and regulators. After that, we delete or anonymise data where no legal hold applies.

3.6 Your rights and deletion

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion subject to applicable law. Deletion may be limited where we must retain proof of consent or satisfy legal obligations. Contact contact@fourleafwisdom.com to exercise rights.

3.7 STOP, HELP, and opt-out handling

For SMS/RCS, replying STOP withdraws consent to further messages on that program; replying HELP provides short assistance text. WhatsApp users may use in-app controls or instructions we publish. Email subscribers may use unsubscribe links. We process opt-out requests within one business day for automated channels and document outcomes in our messaging logs.

4. International transfers

We may process data in multiple countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (EU) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.

5. European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland

If GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Legal bases are described in Section 2.

Data protection contact

For data-protection enquiries (including if you are in the EEA or UK), contact contact@fourleafwisdom.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. We do not currently appoint a separate Data Protection Officer; if our processing scale changes, we will update this Policy. Have counsel confirm DPO requirements for your volumes and markets.

6. United States — state privacy laws

Residents of certain US states may have additional rights (e.g. access, deletion, opt-out of sale/sharing). We do not sell personal information for money. For sensitive processing beyond messaging consent, we rely on consent or other permitted bases. Contact contact@fourleafwisdom.com to exercise rights.

7. Children

Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children below the digital consent age in their region.

8. Changes

We will update this Policy when practices change and revise the effective date. Material changes to messaging will be reflected in consent version IDs on Stay Connected.

Cookies

This section explains how Four Leaf Wisdom uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and how you can control them.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage or pixels where relevant.

Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for security, load balancing, consent storage, and basic site function. These do not require consent under EU/UK law but you can still block them via browser settings (the site may not work correctly).

Analytics

Help us understand aggregate traffic and performance. Used only with your consent where required.

Preferences

Remember choices such as locale or form progress. May be set based on consent or legitimate interest depending on the feature.

Consent banner

Where law requires, we show a banner on first visit allowing you to accept, reject non-essential cookies, or customise categories. Essential cookies load regardless to keep the site secure.

Managing and withdrawing consent

You can change browser settings to block cookies, clear stored data, or use our in-site preference centre once deployed. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior processing that was lawful when it occurred.
