How is this different from therapy or coaching?

Therapy and coaching are interactive services with licensed or coaching-specific scopes. Four Leaf Wisdom provides a written analysis deliverable: structured synthesis, trade-off framing, and practical prompts based on your intake. We do not diagnose, treat, or replace licensed care.

Who is this best for?

Adults navigating meaningful decisions in career, relationships, or life transitions who want depth without dogma. If you value transparent methods, clear boundaries, and written clarity you can revisit, you are likely a strong fit.

Who is this not for?

How long does delivery take?

Most reports are delivered within 5–10 business days after we have complete intake, unless we quote a different window at checkout. Rush or priority options, when offered, are labelled clearly at purchase.

What if the timeline slips?

If additional clarification is needed or intake is incomplete, timelines can shift. We communicate revised dates promptly. You always receive a transparent status update rather than silence.

We may use controlled tooling for drafting support and consistency checks, but all conclusions and final synthesis require analyst review before delivery. We avoid unverified claims and keep boundaries explicit.

Can I request deletion of my data?

How do I opt in or out of messages?

Opt in only via Stay Connected with explicit channel checkboxes. Opt out using STOP on SMS/RCS, WhatsApp controls, or the unsubscribe link in emails. Details are on Communications.

What do STOP and HELP do?

For SMS/RCS, STOP withdraws consent to further marketing/service messages on that channel; HELP returns short support instructions. Exact behaviour is documented on Messaging Terms and Communications.

Do you offer refunds?

If you are unsatisfied with your report, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@fourleafwisdom.com with your order reference. We review requests case by case under applicable law and our Terms of Service. We aim to respond within five business days.

What usually makes a refund request eligible?

We review whether delivered content materially failed the agreed scope, whether clarifications were requested in time, and what remedy is appropriate under our Terms and applicable law. We aim for fair, case-specific handling.

Can I buy a report as a gift?

Gift purchases may be possible when the recipient can complete their own intake and agrees to our terms. Email contact@fourleafwisdom.com with “Gift report” in the subject so we can confirm process and pricing.

What makes a request high quality?

High-quality requests include your decision horizon, key constraints, trade-offs, and what outcome would be useful. The clearer your intake, the stronger and more actionable the final synthesis.

Can I update context after submitting?

Yes. If your situation changes before drafting is complete, reply to the confirmation email with updates. We confirm what can still be incorporated without resetting scope.

Can I request another report later?

Absolutely. Many clients return after 6-12 months for a fresh analysis when context changes. Follow-up reports are treated as new scoped work so updated constraints are reflected.

Which languages are offered?

How is delivery handled?
