Terms of Service

Effective date: 8 April 2026. These Terms form a contract between you and Four Leaf Landscape and Civiltech Private Limited (“we”, “us”) for use of the Four Leaf Wisdom website, messaging programs, and paid or unpaid insight reports. Brand note: Four Leaf Wisdom is the customer-facing name; legal responsibility rests with the entity named above. 1. Service description

Four Leaf Wisdom provides structured, written personal insight reports grounded in behavioural science and research-informed frameworks. Delivery is digital unless otherwise agreed. The process generally follows: (1) intake, (2) analysis, (3) report delivery — as described on How it works and Methodology.

2. Not professional advice

Reports are not medical, clinical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. They are personal development tools. Seek licensed professionals where appropriate.

3. Eligibility

You must be an adult capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You represent that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Messaging program terms

When you opt in on Stay Connected, the following applies in addition to our Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms.

• Use case: Personalised insight reports and related updates from Four Leaf Wisdom.
• Target audience: Adults seeking personal development and clarity in career, relationships, and transitions.
• Message types: Transactional/service (e.g. delivery notices) and promotional (e.g. occasional insights or offers), each only where you have opted into the relevant channel.
• Frequency: Typically up to four messages per month per subscribed channel, excluding one-time security or transactional notices tied to an existing request.
• Not a condition of purchase: Consent to marketing messages is not required to purchase a report where applicable law applies.
• Opt-out: SMS/RCS: reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help. WhatsApp and email: use the controls or links we provide. See Communications for detail.

5. Accounts, payment, taxes

Prices may be shown in USD, EUR, or GBP. Currency conversion and applicable taxes/VAT depend on your payment method and location; you are responsible for any duties or banking fees.

6. Intellectual property

Site content and report templates are protected. You receive a personal licence to use your delivered report for non-commercial self-development unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reports. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a given order is limited to the fees you paid for that order. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your report, email contact@fourleafwisdom.com within 14 days of delivery with your order reference. We review refund and credit requests on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable mandatory consumer law. We aim to respond within five business days.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another law. Subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence, you agree that the courts of New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our services. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under the laws that apply to you as a consumer.
